Tsukasa meets an owner who requests that her Giftia, due for retrieval, have her OS replaced. He wonders if there are any cases where the Giftia recover their old memories for some reason after their new OS is installed, but no matter whom he asks about this, the answer is always “No.” Around that time, a Giftia named Andie is sent over from Terminal Service Three to search for a retrieval target. When Eru sees Andie, she is overjoyed to see her best friend that she used to call, Olivia. However, it turns out, Andie is actually “Olivia” who had had her expiring OS replaced.
